Really insane fishing going on all of our trips.
The Thunderbird fishing Thursday had 123 yellowfin tuna and 1 albacore in wide open tuna fishing. Thunderbird on Friday 91 yellowfin tuna and 7 skipjack tuna. Weds the Thunderbird had big bluefin tuna all in the 40-60 pound class. Tuna are being found over a huge area.

A favorite way to start a trip is to visit the beach and take a dip into the Pacific Ocean. 

Some mourning sun .... "then you're off."

There are several beaches along Southern California Coast with RV facilities use them while your there.

Lake Tahoe is a world class destination for skiing ...

I like it most in the spring summer and fall, with fall my favorite.

A trip completely around will show you great sights and charming communities.

Its about a 9 hour ride to South Lake Tahoe from Huntington Beach. The ride up Owens Valley is a feel good drive.

Mammoth Mountain is a great stop-over during any season.

Lake Tahoe is the destination of choice for me.

Squaw Valley on the west side in a plus experience.

This RV "Arlo 1" is based in Huntington Beach and is available to trip to Mammoth Mountain. It is one of my favorite routes.

A quick morning dip in the Pacific Ocean before climbing aboard your couch. 

Elevation is zero, sea level.

Head out the 55 to the 91 to the 15 to 

Highway 395.

The drive up Owens Valley is majestic. It is a nice Highway for RVs with lots of pull outs and passing lanes. The rise in elevation is gradual. 

Lots of fishing opportunities. The Sierra Nevada mountain range is massive and invites you to many mountaineering sports. 

There are several small towns along the way for adventuring. 

There are several RV parks in Mammoth, Bishop, Lone Pine.

Mammoth is a world class skiing resort but i'm not a big RV in Snow enthusiast.

I like the fall and springtime in the Sierra Nevada Mountains.

In 2010, 51,515 people attended Burning Man.[6] 2011 attendance was capped at 50,000 participants and the event sold out on July 24;[7] the attendance rose to 65,922 in 2014.[1] In April 2011, Larry Harvey announced that the organization had begun the process of transitioning management of Burning Man over to a new non-profit organization called the "Burning Man Project".

Tuna Time ..... Newport Beach, California, USA ...Fish Report

Hi Everyone ( from Lia at Newport Landing)
Lots of big tuna being caught and lost on limited load extended ¾ day trips and overnight trips on Tuesday. The full moon is passing and the Patriot on Tuesday had great action on their limited load extended ¾ day trip with 36 anglers scoring 14 bluefin tuna, 10 yellowfin tuna, 4 dorado, and 2 yellowtail. Many of the tuna were over 50 pounds and 4-5 anglers got completely spooled by big tuna along with too many to count bust offs. Long fight times make these large tuna tough to land.
